Are you looking to increase Major Gifts for your charity?  This session will take you step-by-step through one organization’s effort to ramp up their Major Gifts program to meet rapidly expanding needs. 

The presenters will offer two different perspectives.  Christy, as VP Donor Relations at University Hospital Foundation will describe the vision and planning approach that added capacity to their Major Gift program   Andrea, a new UHF Donor Relations Officer, will offer her early experiences of building a donor portfolio and beginning the conversation with prospective donors.  You’ll share in some of the highlights and laugh along about the pitfalls, as you learn from their journey.

No matter if you are in a small shop just taking your first foray into Major Gifts, or you are growing an established big-shop program, you’ll come away with ideas on building your on successful approach to increasing Major Gift revenue for your charity including:
